EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006

(ACT NO. XIII OF 2006)

Notice of Coming Into Force

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 1 (2) of the

Education (Amendment) Act, 2006 the Minister of Education, Culture,

Youth and Sport has established the 29th July, 2008 as the date when

the provisions of article 9 of the said Act have come into force.
