Council for Nurses and Midwives (Fees) Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 51 of the Health

Care Professions Act, the Minister for Social Policy, with the

concurrence of the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment,

has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Council for Nurses and

Midwives (Fees) Regulations, 2008.

The following fees shall be charged and collected by the

Council for Nurses and Midwives for>

Euro

(a) new applications from applicants coming from

a Member State of the European Union………………

(b) new applications from applicants coming from

a Third Country ………………………………………

(c) change of details on registration

certificates……………………………………………

(d) verification certificates………………………
