PRODUCT SAFETY ACT

(CAP. 427)

The Fertilisers (Implementation) Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product

Safety Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications, on

the advice of the Malta Standards Authority has made the following

regulations>

(1) The title of these regulations is The Fertilisers Citation and scope.

(Implementation) Regulations, 2008.

(2) These regulations implement the provisions of

Regulation (EC) No 2003#2003 of the European Parliament and of the

Council of 13th October 2003 relating to fertilisers.
