External Transactions (Revocation) Regulations, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the External
Transactions Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment
has made the following regulations>–

The External Transactions Regulations, now styled as
Subsidiary Legislation 233.04 and as previously forming part of the
Commencement Notice published by Legal Notice 427 of 2003 under
the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, are hereby being revoked.
