Airport (Passenger Service Charge)

(Revocation) Regulations, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications has made the following regulations>

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2008 160 — Airport (Passenger Service Charge)

The title of these regulations is the Airport (Passenger Service

Charge) (Revocation) Regulations, 2008 and they shall come into effect

on the 1 st November, 2008.

The Airport (Passenger Service Charge) Regulations 1997 are

hereby being revoked.
