INSURANCE INTERMEDIARIES ACT, 2006

(ACT NO. XII OF 2006)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 75

of the Insurance Intermediaries Act, 2006, the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment has established the 10th June, 2008 as the

date when article 76(b)(xvii) and paragraph (g) of sub-article (2) in

article 76(c) of the said Act shall come into force.
