Portomaso Extension I, St Julians (Designated Special Area)

Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, hereinafter

referred to as “the Act”, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has made the following order>–

The title of this Order is the Portomaso Extension I, St Julians Citation.

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2008.

Portomaso Extension I, St Julians consisting of immovable Designation of

Special Area.

property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan

annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special

Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-

Residents) Act.

Portomaso Extension I, St Julians shall be added to the List of Addition to the First

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property Schedule to the Act.
