Metropolis Plaza, G]ira (Designated Special Area) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

of Finance, the Economy and Investment has made the following order>–

The title of this Order is the Metropolis Plaza, G]ira Citation.

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2008.

Metropolis Plaza, G]ira consisting of immovable property Designation of

Special Area.

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed

to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents)

Act.

Metropolis Plaza, G]ira, shall be added to the List of Scheduled Addition to First

Schedule of the Act.

Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property (Acquisition by

Non-Residents) Act.
