(Designated Special Area) Order, 2008

IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Minister

of Finance, the Economy and Investment has made the following order>-

The title of this Order is the Kempinski Residences, San Citation.

Lawrenz, Gozo (Designated Special Area) Order, 2008.

Kempinski Residences, San Lawrenz, Gozo consisting of Designation of

Special Area.

immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land

Registry Plan annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated

Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition

by Non-Residents) Act.

Kempinski Residences, San Lawrenz, Gozo shall be added to Addition to the First

the List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Schedule to the Act.
