Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the

following Order>–

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land (Transfer

of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 2008.

The land described in article 4 of this Order is hereby specified

for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 of this Order shall with effect from the 1 st January 2008 be

deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited

(C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is the following,

that is to say an area of land, including any building thereon, at Luqa

shown bordered in red on P.D. plan 2008_40, which plan is enrolled in

the Acts of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 28 th February,
