EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT

(CAP. 452)

Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

(Equal Treatment in Employment) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 48 of the

Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Prime Minister has made

the following regulations –

The title of these regulations is the Extension of Applicability

to Service with Government (Equal Treatment in Employment)

Regulations, 2007.

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2007 54 — Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

Article 28 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act,

and article 31 of the same Act, insofar as it is the empowering provision

by virtue of which the Equal Treatment in Employment Regulations,

2004 were issued, shall be applicable to service with the Government.
