EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT

(CAP. 452)

Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

(Contracts of Service for a Fixed Term) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 48 of the

Employment and Industrial Relations Act, the Prime Minister has made

the following regulations –

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2007 52 — Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

(1) The title of these regulations is the Extension of

Applicability to Service with Government (Contracts of Service for a

Fixed Term) Regulations, 2007.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date as

the Prime Minister may establish by notice in the Gazette.

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2007 52 — Extension of Applicability to Service with Government

Article 34 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act

and any regulations or orders made thereunder shall be applicable to

service with the Government.
