Cinema and Stage (Amendment) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 203 of the Code of

Police Laws, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and

Home Affairs has made the following regulations>

The title of these regulations is the Cinema and Stage

(Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read and construed

as one with the Cinema and Stage Regulations, 1937, hereinafter referred

to as “the principal regulations”.

Regulation 45 of the principal regulations shall be amended

as follows>

(a) for the words “five categories,” there shall be substituted

the words “six categories,”<

(b) paragraphs (iv) and (v) thereof shall be renumbered as

paragraphs (v) and (vi) respectively< and

(c) immediately after paragraph (iii) thereof, there shall be

added the following new paragraph>

“(iv) ‘14’ – Suitable only for persons of fourteen years

and over.”.
