Insurance Intermediaries (Transitional Provisions) (Repeal)

Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Insurance

Intermediaries Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, after

consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made the

following regulations>–

The title of this regulation is the Insurance Intermediaries Citation.

(Transitional Provisions) (Repeal) Regulations, 2007.

The Insurance Intermediaries (Transitional Provisions) Repeals L.N. 319 of

2006. Regulations, 2006 are hereby repealed.
