Notice of coming into force of Article 1(2)(b) of the Civil Aviation
(Provision of Air Navigation Services) Order, 2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil
Aviation Act and in accordance with article 1(2)(b) of the Civil Aviation
(Provision of Air Navigation Services) Order, 2006 published by Legal
Notice 281 of 2006 on the 21st November, 2006, the Minister for
Competitiveness and Communications has appointed the 1 st December,
2007 as the date when article 4 sub-article (1) of the said Order have
come into force.
