Notice of coming into force of Regulation 7 of the Civil Aviation

(Aerodrome Licensing) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act and in accordance with regulation 1 (2) of the Civil

Aviation (Aerodrome Licensing) Regulations, 2004 published by Legal

Notice 80 of 2004 on the 17th February, 2004, the Minister for

Competitiveness and Communications has appointed the 1 st December,

2007 as the date when regulation 7 of the said regulations have come

into force.
