Bachelor of Dental Surgery – B.Ch.D. – Degree Course (Amendment)

Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 74 (5) and

75 (6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of

Malta has promulgated the following regulations made by the Senate of the

University of Malta by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by sections 75

and 79 of the said Act

Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Bachelor of Dental Surgery – B.Ch.D.

– Degree Course (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and shall be read and construed as

one with the Bachelor of Dental Surgery – B.Ch.D. – Degree Course Regulations,

1998, published as Legal Notice 136 of 1998, hereinafter referred to as “the principal

regulations”.

Applicability

These regulations shall be applicable for courses starting in October 2008 or

later.

Amendment of regulation 6 of the principal regulations

For regulation 6 of the principal regulations there shall be substituted the

following

“Programme of Studies

The Board shall publish the programme of studies, comprising all the

subjects taught in each year of the Course and their syllabus, prior to the

commencement of each Course.”
