Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2007

IN exercice of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as the “Act” the

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has

made the following regulations>–

Reg. 1 Title. — 394 tal-2007 - Regolamenti tal-2007 li jemendaw l-Iskeda li tinsab ma’ l-Att dwar il-Kummissarji Għall-Ġustizzja Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for Justice

Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read

and construed as one with the Schedule to the Act, hereinafter in these

regulations referred to as “the Schedule”.

Reg. 2 Amendment of the Schedule. — 394 tal-2007 - Regolamenti tal-2007 li jemendaw l-Iskeda li tinsab ma’ l-Att dwar il-Kummissarji Għall-Ġustizzja Open official source

Immediately after item 17 of the Schedule, there shall be added

the following>–

“18. Environmental Management Construction Site

Regulations, 2007 (Legal Notice 295 of 2007)”.
