Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport (Transfer of Designated Property)

(No. 4) Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>–

The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport (Transfer Citation.

of Designated Property) (No. 4) Order, 2007.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby being Designated

property.

designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and

management of all rights and obligations performing to such designated

property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport as provided

in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1 st October, 2007.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the Description of

designated property.

following, that is to say>

Building Complex in Triq Santa Marija, Marsalforn, limits

of }ebbu;, Gozo, consisting of Club House without number and

concrete open space in front of same club house having an area of

approximately 597 square metres, bounded on the West by said

Triq Santa Marija, and on all other sides by Government properties,

or other boundaries. The Club House having an area of

approximately 234 square metres, bounded on the West by said

Triq Santa Marija, on the East by above-mentioned open space,

on the North and South by Government property is being transferred

up to a height of 3.64 square metres from the level of the said open

space and without its airspace which is to remain as a public terrace

and subject to existing passage of 3 metres wide in favour of the

public.

The above-mentioned property is indicated edged red on P.D.
