Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5) Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>–

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of Citation.

Assets) (No. 5) Order, 2007.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Specified

on all sides by property belonging to Government, granted on

perpetual emphyteusis to Mary Said as per contract dated 4th

November 1992 in the deeds of Notary V. Miceli and registered as

Tenement 41842 on which are built premises bearing number 19

(Plot 12), Vjal l-Oleandri, Neighbourhood I, Santa Luçia, and which

is edged red and marked No. 19 (P. 12) on L.D. 11#82#72. (HAP

4#2007).

(2) Plots of land known as Plot Nos. 222, 223 and 224 in

Triq Mons. Arturo Bonnici, Msida, bounded on the North by Triq

Mons. Arturo Bonnici, on the West by Triq Mro. Giuseppe

Camilleri and on the East and South by property belonging to the

Government, registered as Tenement Nos. X55100, X55101 and

X55102, and which are edged red on P.D. 19_91_5. (HAM 15#90).

(3) Flat number 7, Entrance A, Binja Filippo Sciberras,

Pjazza Filippo Sciberras, Floriana (Tenement No. 77574 - RTB

175#2005).

(4) Flat number 9, Block 5, Triq il-Fosos, Floriana

(Tenement No. 67984 - RTB 62#2006).

(5) House numbered 109B, Triq Tal-Bor;, Paola (Tenement

No. 61771 - RTB 110#2005).

(6) Flat number 6, Block 9, Tobruk Road, Pembroke

(Tenement No. 75495 - RTB 8#2006).
