Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (3) of article 3

of the Banking Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, after

consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the

Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 22 nd March 2008, the 26 th

December 2008 and the 2 nd January 2009 as bank holidays.
