Final Settlement System (FSS) (Amendment) Rules, 2007
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 23 and 58 of the
Income Tax Management Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of
Finance has made the following rules>–
The title of these rules is the Final Settlement System (FSS) Title.
(Amendment) Rules, 2007 and they shall be read and construed as one
with the Final Settlement System (FSS) Rules, 1998, hereinafter referred L.N. 88 of 1998.
