Commencement Notice of Part I

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 2

of the Central Bank of Malta (Amendment) Act, 2007, the Prime

Minister and Minister of Finance has established the 1st January, 2008

as the date when Part I of the said Act shall come into force.
