VARIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES LAWS (AMENDMENT)

ACT, 2007

(ACT NO. XX OF 2007)

Order for the purposes of Article 155 of the Various Financial

Services Laws (Amendment) Act, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 155 of the Various

Financial Services Laws (Amendment) Act, 2007 the Prime Minister

and Minister of Finance has established the 1 st November, 2007 to be

the operative date for the purposes of the provisions of article 155 of

the said Act.
