MALTA ENTERPRISE CORPORATION

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

(ACT XXIII OF 2007)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Malta

Enterprise (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister responsible for

Malta Enterprise has established the 23rd October, 2007, as the date

when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
