Notification Procedure (Amendment) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 21 of the Malta

Standards Authority Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority has

made the following regulations>-

The title of these regulations is the Notification Procedure Citation.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read and construed

as one with the Notification Procedure Regulations, 2003, hereinafter L.N. 373 of 2003.

These regulations implement the provisions of Council marginal note ^

Directive 2006#96#EC of 20 November 2006.
