Crystal Glass (Amendment) Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product

Safety Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has,

on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, made the following

regulations>-

The title of this Order is the Crystal Glass (Amendment) Order, Citation.

2007, and the Order shall be read and construed as one with the Crystal

Glass Order, 2000, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.

L.N. 184 of 2000.

These regulations implement the provisions of Directive Commencement and

2006#96#EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 th scope.

November, 2006, and shall be deemed to have come into force on the

1 st January, 2007.

The First Schedule shall be substituted with the following>
