Merchant Shipping (Employment of Young Persons)

(Revocation) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 106(2) of the

Merchant Shipping Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Merchant Shipping Citation.

(Employment of Young Persons) (Revocation) Regulations, 2007.

The Merchant Shipping (Employment of Young Persons) Revokes L.N. 68 of

2001. Regulations, 2001 are hereby revoked.
