Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 4) Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of Citation.

built premises bearing number 18 (Plot 42), known as “York”, Triq

Napuljun Caruana Dingli, Mellie[a and which is edged red and marked

P. 42 on L.D. 383#91#6. (HAP 9#2007).

(2) A plot of land known as Plot No. 105 in Triq iç-?ikas,

Bulebel i]-]g[ir, }abbar, bounded on all sides by property belonging

to Government, granted on temporary emphyteusis to Lawrence Desira

as per contract dated 27th February, 1974 in the deeds of Notary A.

Grech and registered as Tenement 67476, on which are built premises

bearing number 105, known as “Lovandes”, Triq iç-?ikas, }abbar, and

which is edged red and marked Plot 105 on L.D. 37#81#39. (HAP

10#2007).

(3) Flat number 2, Block A4, Government Buildings, Triq

Mater Boni Consigli, Fgura (Tenement No. 72816 – RTB 128#2005).
