(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

(ACT NO. XII OF 2007)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2(2) of the Malta

Resources Authority (Amendment) Act, 2007, the Minister of Resources

and Infrastructure has established the 2nd of October, 2007 as the date

when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
