BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT
(ACT NO. IV OF 2007)
Commencement Notice of Article 47 of Part IX
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 44(2) of the Budget
Measures Implementation Act, 2007 the Minister for Rural Affairs and
the Environment has established the 28th September, 2007, as the date
when article 47 of Part IX of the said Act shall come into force.
