LOTTERIES AND OTHER GAMES ACT, 2001

(CAP. 438)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 78 of the Lotteries

and Other Games Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has,

after consultation with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority has

established the 1st of October, 2007, as the date when the provisions of

articles 7 and 42 of the Lotteries and Other Games Act, Cap. 438, shall

come into force.
