Maximum Residue Levels of Pesticides in Produce of

Animal Origin

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the

Pesticides Control Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the

Environment has made the following regulations>–

(1) The title of these regulations is Maximum Residue Levels Title and scope.

(No. 2), 2007, and they shall be read and construed as one with the

Regulations, 2005, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. L.N. 117 of 2005.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose
