CRIMINAL CODE

(CAP. 9)

Criminal Injuries Compensation (Amendment) Regulations, 2007

BY VIRTUE of the powers given by article 698 of the Criminal

Code, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home

Affairs has made these regulations>-–

The title of these regulations is the Criminal Injuries

Compensation (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read

and construed as one with the Criminal Injuries Compensation

Regulations, 2007 hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

For the Schedule to the principal regulations there shall be

substituted the following>

“SCHEDULE

The crimes referred to in articles 211, 217 and 218 of the Criminal

Code and any other offence which is accompanied by such crimes.”.
