Commencement Notice of the Waste Management

(Activity Registration) Regulations, 2007

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 9 of the Environment

Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management

(Activity Registration) Regulations, 2007 as published by Legal Notice

106 of 2007, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has

established the 10 th of August, 2007 as the date when the said regulations

shall come into force.
