PRODUCT SAFETY ACT

(CAP. 427)

Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Amendment)

Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product

Safety Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications, on

the advice of the Malta Standards Authority has made the following

regulations>

(1) The title of these regulations is the Dangerous Substances Citation.

and Preparations (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and it shall be read

and construed as one with the Dangerous Substances and Preparations

Regulations, 2007, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. L.N. 10 of 2007.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1 st June, 2007.

Regulation 17 of the principal regulations shall be deleted.
