Pender Place and Mercury House Site, St. Julian’s

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2007

IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Prime

Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Pender Place and Mercury House Citation.

Site, St. Julian’s (Designated Special Area) Order, 2007.

Pender Place and Mercury House site, St. Julian’s consisting Designation of

Special Area.

of immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land

Registry Plan annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated

Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition

by Non-Residents) Act.

Pender Place and Mercury House Zone, St. Julian’s shall be Addition to

First

added to the List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Schedule

of the Act.
