PENSIONS ORDINANCE

(CAP.93)

Pensions Ordinance

(Employment with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority)

Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the Pensions

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the President has

made the following order>–

This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance

(Employment with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority) Order, 2007.

Reg. 2 Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance. — Pensions Ordinance Open official source

With effect from 14th February, 2003, the Lotteries and

Gaming Authority is being designated as an entity with which an officer

who terminates Government service may take up full time employment

in terms of article 8 A of the Ordinance and for the purposes thereof.
