CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

(ACT VIII OF 2007)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil

Code (Amendment) Act 2007, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 27th July,

2007, as the date when the provisions of articles 3, 4, 13, 14, 16, 25,

26 and 30 of the said Act shall come into force.
