ACT XIII OF 2006

TO AMEND THE EDUCATION ACT

Notice of coming into force of articles from Act XIII of 2006

that amends the Education Act

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

1 of Act XIII of 2006 that amends the Education Act, the Minister of

Education, Youth and Employment has established the 18 th July, 2007,

as the date when all the provisions of articles 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22,

23 and 26 of the said Act XIII of 2006 shall come into force.
