(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act 2007, the

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has

established the 20th July, 2007, as the date when the provisions of

articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,

24, 25, 26, and 32 of the said Act shall come into force.
