(ACT NO. X OF 2007)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Maltese

Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2007 (Cap. 188), the Deputy Prime

Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the

6 th July, 2007 as the date of the coming into force of articles 4 and 5 of

the said Act, and the 1 st August, 2007 as the date of the coming into

force of all the remaining provisions thereof.
