Delegation of Administration of Facilities to

Kerçem Local Council Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1)(m) and 72

of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for

Justice and Home Affairs, has made the following order>-

The title of this order is the Delegation of Facilities Kerçem

Local Council Order, 2007.

The property described in article 3 of this Order is hereby

being specified for the purposes of the delegation of functions mentioned

in paragraph (m) of subarticle (1) of article 33 of the Local Councils

Act, as from the date of the publication of this order.

The property in the locality of Kerçem referred to in article 2

of the order consists of site in Triq Wenzu Mintoff, Kerçem, as shown

bordered on plan P.D.2005_100 attached to the Lease Agreement for

the Administration and Use of Government Property in Kerçem, by the

Kerçem Local Council, signed by the Director Land on behalf of the

Government of Malta and by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of

the Kerçem Local Council on the 25 th February, 2007.
