Notice of coming into force of the

Part-Time Employees (Amendment) Regulations, 2007

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 25 and 48 of

the Employment and Industrial Relations Act and by virtue of the

provisions of regulation 1(2) of the Part-Time Employees (Amendment)

Regulations, 2007, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment

has established the 1 st July, 2007, as the date when all the provisions of

the said Part-Time Employees (Amendment) Regulations, 2007, shall

come into force.
