Dangerous Substances (Notification) (Amendment)

Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product

Safety Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications, on

the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, has made the following

regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Dangerous Substances Citation and scope.

(Notification) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read

and construed as one with the Dangerous Substances (Notification)

Regulations, 2001, hereinafter referred to as the “principal regulations”. L.N. 318 of 2001.

These regulations implement the provisions of Council

Directive 2006#102#EC of 20th November, 2006.

The following item shall be added to regulation 3.1 (i) of the Amends regulation

3 of the principal

principal regulations immediately after the last item thereof>

regulations.
