Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the

Administrative Justice Act, 2007, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 15th June,

2007, as the date when the provisions of articles 2, 3 and 4 and the

First Schedule of the said Act shall come into force.
