(ACQUISITION BY NON-RESIDENTS) ACT

Fort Cambridge Zone, Tignè (Designated Special Area)

Order, 2007

IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Prime

Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following order>–

The title of this Order is the Fort Cambridge Zone, Tignè Citation.

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2007.

Fort Cambridge Zone, Tignè consisting of immovable property Designation of

Special Area.

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed

to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents)

Act.

Fort Cambridge Zone, Tignè shall be added to the List of Addition to First

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property Schedule of the Act.
