EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT

(CAP. 452)

Notice of coming into force of the Contracts of Service for a Fixed

Term Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 34 of the

Employment and Industrial Relations Act, and in terms of regulation 1

(2) of the Contracts of Service for a Fixed Term Regulations, 2007, the

Minister of Education, Youth and Employment has established the 15th

June, 2007 as the date when the said regulations, published by Legal

Notice 51 of 2007, shall come into force.
