Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 2) Order, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of Citation.

Assets) (No. 2) Order, 2007.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Specified

to Government, registered in the Government Property Division

as Tenement 65374 and as Rural Tenement 51197 (part of), both

Plot and Sites being subject to a temporary emphyteusis as per

deed dated 11th April, 1970 in the acts of Notary A. Grech, and on

which are built premises bearing number 5, Triq Fontanier, Ta’ L-

Istabar, Qormi and which is edged red and marked P. 9 u No. 5 on

L.D. 152#83#12. (HAP 1#2007).

(2) A plot of land known as Plot No. 2, now known as

“Scherrie” No. 4, in Triq l-Istefanotis, Housing Estate, San :wann,

bounded on the West by Triq l-Istefanotis, on the North, East and

South by property belonging to Government, registered in the

Government Property Division as Tenement 65449 and as Rural

Tenement 51328 (part of), which Plot is subject to a temporary

emphyteusis as per deed no. 311 dated 31st October, 1970 in the

acts of Notary A. Grech, and on which are built premises bearing

number 4, known as “Scherrie”, Triq l-Istefanotis, San :wann and

which is edged red and marked P. 2 on L.D. 128#80#24. (HAP

12#2006).

(3) A plot of land on which is built Terraced House No. 2,

Block G, Triq l-Akaçja, Housing Estate, San :wann, bounded on

the North by Triq l-Akaçja, on the South, West and East by property

belonging to Government, registered in the Government Property

Division as Tenement X50892 and on which are built premises

bearing number 2, Block G, Triq l-Akaçja, Housing Estate, San

:wann. (Tenement No. 67331 - HA 252#77).

(4) House numbered 5, Housing Estate, Tal-Laqxija, Triq

Tumas Fenech, Birkirkara (HA 46#86).
