Registration of Food Premises (Amendment) Regulations, 2007

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Food Safety

Act, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and Community Care has made

the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Food Premises Registration

(Amendment) Regulations, 2007, and they shall be read and construed

as one with the Food Premises Registration Regulations, 2001,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Any reference to ‘the Superintendent’ made in the principal

regulations shall be construed as a reference to the Food Safety

Commission as defined by Article 2 and as set up by Part II, Article 5 of

the Food Safety Act 2002.
